The Park Place Bodywerks team, especially Thomas Milner, took incredible care of my car after an unfortunate accident. From start to finish, they took all the stress off my plate and had me back in my car in no time... and honestly, it looked better than brand new! The communication, attention to detail, and quality of work were all top-tier and exactly what I’ve come to expect from Park Place. What continues to impress me, though, is their ability to deliver an over-the-top customer experience during what can be an incredibly stressful situation. A car accident is never fun, but Thomas and the Bodywerks team made the entire process as seamless and painless as possible. I can’t recommend Park Place Bodywerks highly enough. If you ever find yourself needing repairs after an accident, the Bodywerks team will take great care of you from start to finish!

I met with Davis regarding a paint issue on my GLE 450 resulting from a parking lot mishap. Total customer service from start to finish - even outside in the 102+ Texas heat! He was knowledgeable, had alternatives and even provided some touchup paint. Thank you Davis. Really appreciate your help on this. Michael

Entire repair process was exceptional. I was greeted promptly when I walked in and repair time estimate was perfect. I was updated throughout the process and my car was perfectly cleaned when my repairs were completed.

This body shop is fantastic! They do phenomenal work and the service advisors are the very best! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to your benefit and satisfaction. I would give them a million stars instead of 5 stars, if I could.

Update: I visited the dealership in person last Friday and had a much better experience. The manager, Greg, and Brock took the time to walk through the full timeline of my vehicle’s repairs and really listened to my concerns. They were patient and thorough in explaining what has happened at each stage and what the remaining steps are. I was also able to physically see my car, which helped give me more confidence in the progress being made. Brock was kind and detailed in explaining the next steps, and the team also helped arrange a rental while the remaining repairs are completed. Floyd assisted us with our rental and went out of his way to ensure we were placed in a car that helped us to feel more comfortable. I appreciate the time they all took to address my concerns and to help prioritize the remaining work on my vehicle. I will update this review again once the repairs are fully completed. *** My vehicle repairs were approved on December 31, 2025 and as of mid-April the car is still not completed. While I understand that delays can happen when parts must be sourced from Germany, the overall timeline for this repair has been extremely frustrating. Over the past several months
